Belarus is willing to cooperate with Russia any time and in any area, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with Governor of Voronezh Oblast, Russia Aleksandr Gusev on 28 April, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed that Belarusian companies can provide Russia with any equipment it needs, especially since Western companies suspended their business in the country.
Belarus once opted for the independent development of its industry and that decision proved to be right. “We are not facing such big problems with import substitution as Russia.
