Historical policy seen as factor of Belarus' national security
Historical policy is a factor of national security of Belarus, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at a government session to discuss Belarus' historical policy on 6 January, BelTA has learned. «We must recognize that the the national history has turned into an information battlefield.
It didn't happen overnight. For us the historical policy today is a strategy of self-preservation at a time of the redistribution of the spheres of influence in the world.
This is a factor of national security,» the Belarusian leader stressed. “I want you, scholars, political scientists and experts, to understand my point of view.
