The Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China have established relations of all-weather and comprehensive strategic partnership.
The corresponding Joint Declaration was adopted in Samarkand, BelTA reports. As noted in the document, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Chinese President Xi Jinping held a meeting on the sidelines of the 22nd meeting of the SCO Heads of State Council in Samarkand, Uzbekistan on 15 September 2022. «The heads of state had a frank and in-depth exchange of views amd reached mutual understanding on a wide range of issues of Chinese-Belarusian relations and international and regional issues of mutual interest,» the joint declaration reads.
