Mohamed Alabbar: Northern Waterfront smart city in Minsk will be one of world's best projects
Emaar Properties is running one of the world's best projects in Minsk, Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of the company, told reporters in Minsk, BelTA has learned. On 26 August Minsk Mayor Vladimir Kukharev and Mohamed Alabbar discussed the construction of the Northern Waterfront smart city in Minsk. “During the meeting, we discussed the project, its design, and soon we will present the project in its entirety.
We discussed in detail the quality of life in the complex. Anyone can build housing, but it is a much more difficult task to create a perfect living environment around it.
When implementing the project, we will use the most advanced technology and artificial intelligence, and we will be as environmentally friendly as possible.
