Lukashenko: Belarus' economy recovering, but not yet out of the woods
The economy of Belarus is showing signs of recovery, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko to receive his report on 31 October, BelTA has learned.
